All of our investments are secured by fully constructed Ontario homes. The investor(s) name is registered directly on title to the property. This is one of the biggest advantages of BVP’s process vs. speculative real estate development projects or various MICs (Mortgage Investment Corporations) which offer a straight return of 8% and do not register the individual’s name as security.
